Bayonetta - Nintendo Switch vs Nintendo Switch 2 Comparison (Backwards Compatibility)

In this video I'm checking out Bayonetta from PlatinumGames that was ported to the Nintendo Switch in 2018.
I'm playing it on the Nintendo Switch 2 via backwards compatibility and comparing the performance and experience with the Nintendo Switch version. Without any patches or updates, Bayonetta on the Nintendo Switch 2 is taking advantage of the extra power and appears to be running at a solid 60fps with no noticeable drops and easily hits the hard coded 720p resolution target in docked mode. In my opinion the image quality is slightly sharper but sadly without an official patch or update, we are stuck with the same textures and resolution. This is definitely one game that I would love to see get the 4k resolution and texture upgrade present in the anniversary release on the PS4/Xbox.
