I challenge you guys to dunk yourself into cold water for 30 seconds!
With winter upon us, perhaps the thought of going for a wild swim is not so high up on your list of things to do, but take my word for it, it's superb!
I have found a new love for cold water, wild swimming and I challenge you to give it a go yourselves!
All you have to do is dunk yourself in cold water for 30 seconds, share your experience with a YouTube video and I'll post you out a sticker if you complete it!
