Objection handling is something I deal with daily as a Surveying and Architectural firm director. Prospects almost always want to object to the initial fee (and I would too, so fair play), but a few years back, I decided enough was enough and read a tonne of books to find the best strategies to deal with sales objections - it turns out it's pretty simple! I now find handling objections kinda! It challenges my closing skills (which I constantly reflect on to improve).
In this video, I discuss my five most effective objection handling strategies. Each has its pros, cons, and applicability, so check them all out to pick which suits you - don't worry, these are all easy.
