You know how your coach taught you that when you want to finish a triangle that you need to put their arm across your body to strangle them? Well what happens if they wrap that arm around your leg and connect their hands? You are probably not going to get their arm across your body for conventional triangles! It’s time to attack with punch chokes, secret weapons and kimura! Here are two simple arm attacks when someone defends in this fashion. Make sure to lock in that bolt lock wrong sided triangle so that their shoulder and head are isolated. This will make the attacks that much more potent and the breaks that much more powerful.
