エディブルフラワー(食用花)を飾った
デコレーションケーキを創ってみました(*^^*)

クリスマスやパーティで子供たちに創ってあげると喜ばれると思います♪

【材料(15㎝丸型)】

全卵120g(Lサイズ約2個,Mサイズ約2個半)
グラニュー糖70g
薄力粉70g
無縁バター24g
(ホイップクリーム)
生クリーム47％200g
生クリーム35％100g
グラニュー糖20g
キルシュ10g
(シロップ)
グラニュー糖10g
水10g

サンドの苺10個
飾りの苺2個
エディブルフラワーお好みの量
ブルーベリーお好みの量

[for 15cm pan]
120g egg (2 large size or 2&1/2 medium size)
70g sugar
70g cake flour
24g unsalted butter
(whipped cream)
200g fresh cream(47%)
100g fresh cream(35%)
20g sugar
10g kirsch
(syrup)
10g sguar
10g water
(decoration)
10 strawberries for filling
2 strawberries for decoration
edible flowers
blueberries
melted chocolate
miroir neutre
chervil

1. Prepare a parchment paper in the mold.
2. Mix eggs and sugar in double boiler (make it to 40ºC).
3. When the batter reached ribbon stage, mix dry ingredients.
4. Add melted butter and milk.
5. Pour the batter into the mold and release the air bubble. Bake at 170ºC for 25 mins.
6. Slice strawberries for filling.
7. Add sugar and kirsch into fresh cream and mix them well.
8. Cool down the sponge cake and slice them into 3 pieces. Spread the syrup and whipped cream and put sliced strawberries.
9. Repeat the process, spread the syrup and whipped cream and then put strawberries in each layer.
10. Decorate the cake with cream, strawberries, blueberries, and edible flowers.
