Eve loses a leg as Mark rushes to her rescue and this forces Eve to use her powers to crush Robot’s drone
Mark tries to escape with his fiance but the drone is still functional, sending out an explosive that destroys his entire childhood home
Mark is able to protect Eve from the blast and flies her away from danger as we see Robot’s real body in a space facility high above earth, where he begins his takeover of the planet
As Mark flies above the atmosphere he tells Eve to use her powers for air, which may harm their child but she has no choice at this point, flying to the Viltrumite ship as Omni-Man is informed that his son is here
He flies down the hangar and is left in shock, as his son sits begging for help, holding onto Eve who is barely clinging on
