This is my dinner from 10/13/2025. I went to the grocery store earlier in the day and bought the stuff to make this meal. My wife and I cooked it together. The meal is cube steak with sautéed mushrooms, microwave baked potato, and steamed broccoli. I have been eating cube steak all my life because it's cheap and affordable. I was shocked to see it priced at $10.99 per pound. The price of red meat is at an all-time high.
