3 MUST DO'S BEFORE MASTECTOMY. There were a few things that really helped with the initial stages of recovery after my double mastectomy. In this video I highlight two things that I was already doing and one thing that I wished I would have done before surgery. I hope some of this will help you before having your own surgery!
