📝 Ingredients:
Lamb Mince 650g
-2 grated onions ( remove excess water)
1 tbsp tandoori masala
-1 tbsp whole coriander powder
-1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp red chili powder
-1 tsp chili flakes
-1 tbsp Salt
-3 tbsp yogurt
-2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
( Mix all the ingredients together)
* Garlic Sauce*
Yogurt
-Moyyonies
-Dry parsley
-salt
-black pepper
-chopped garlic
⭐ Doner Kebab Method
Prepare the Onion:
Grate 2 onions and squeeze out the excess water completely. Add the dry grated onion to a large mixing bowl.
Add the Meat & Spices:
Add 650g lamb mince into the bowl.
Mix in:
1 tbsp tandoori masala
1 tbsp whole coriander powder
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp red chili powder
1 tsp chili flakes
1 tbsp salt
3 tbsp yogurt
2 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
Mix Well:
Use your hands to combine everything until the mixture becomes sticky and well-mixed. This helps the kebab hold shape.
Shape the Doner:
Take a piece of baking paper.
Spread the meat mixture and shape it into a long log (like a doner roll).
Roll tightly in the baking paper and twist the ends to secure it.
Cook:
Heat a pan or oven.
Cook the doner roll on medium heat, turning occasionally, until fully cooked.
OR bake at 250°C for about 15 - 20 minutes.
Once done, remove the baking paper and give it a quick pan-sear for color.
Slice:
Let it rest for 5–10 minutes, then slice thinly to get that classic doner texture.
⭐ Garlic Sauce Method
In a bowl, add:
Yogurt
Mayonnaise
Dry parsley
Salt
Black pepper
Finely chopped garlic
Mix everything together until smooth and creamy.
Adjust thickness with a little water if needed.
