Toyota/Scion Complete Timing Chain Replacement

If you don't already follow the channel, I had recorded this video in between the rain, but hope the video was still informative and helpful. This job took me about 2 hours and 10 minutes, but for you guys it shortened to a little over half hour you'll also see that I replaced everything with new parts to not worry about anything later or having to take apart anything again

NOTE:
making sure ALL mating surfaces are thoroughly CLEAN IS IMPORTANT such as Cylinder head, valve cover, oil pump, water pump, o ring groves, entire side of the motor where oil pump goes on to prevent a headache of any leaks and having to redo some or the entire job take your time and DON'T cause any damage to any of the surface areas

Timing Chain Tip:
When installing the timing chain keep all slack on the tensioner side then rotate the exhaust sprocket towards the intake cam to move all slack in between the intake and exhaust cams once you install the tensioner with pin still intact. Move the slipper chain guide inwards and all slack will be gone and recheck all timing marks before removing pin on tensioner.
