Here are some of my favorite double point lyra shapes in a little, easy aerial hoop combo for the top bar and spansets. It's a spanset split followed by an aerial hoop hooked leg stag handstand. It's a great lyra flow and this top bar combo can also be a great way for aerial hoop beginners to try the top bar :)
