The COTSWOLDS - Beautiful Manor House 5 Star Hotel - Castle Combe
The Manor House 5* hotel & golf club is a stunning 14th building set in 365 acres of beautiful landscape located in the cosy Cotswolds countryside of the Castle Combe village in the southern England.
The rich history of the Manor House makes it a special and inspiring place that guests love and this beautiful luxury hotel is the perfect venue for many events.
Throughout the Barony of Combe, the Manor House was home to many Lords of the Manor, and other important figures. The most famous one was Sir John Falstaff, also called Sir John Oldcastle whom Shakespeare included in Henry IV.
During the World War II, it even became the headquarters of the New Zealand Forestry Officers, afterwards briefly being a country club before finally becoming a premier country 5* hotel.
