This trip was about transition. The transition into real change.
Before jumping into a 90-day juice fast, we needed to get away from the hustle of everyday life. Costa Rica gave us space to slow down, reset, and start letting go of the foods that weren’t serving us—oil, rice, oats, all of it.
We used this trip like a going-away party for old habits. It was quiet, beautiful, and exactly what we needed to get ready for what’s next.
It also sparked—well, re-sparked—our desire to move here. It’s not happening overnight, but we’re planning to take a long hiatus in Costa Rica starting April 2026.
This vlog is just a piece of the journey. Thanks for being here for it.
