Interesting track frame I picked up for cheap and built up. It was made by Ciocc, and I think it is a Concorde, though repainted. It is likely a Concorde Aquila: the photo finish tag, the weight is consistent (1860grams), and other Aquila's have the Ciocc stamps on the bb shell and lugs. Also, why would someone re-decal it as a "Concorde" if it is clearly a Ciocc frame? I'm quite sure the whole rear triangle was replaced, not just the dropouts: it has 120 spacing, the stays were not bent to achieve this, the brazing on the seat stays are not Ciocc quality, and there is no rear brake mount hole.
The fork was built in Taiwan (though sold through Chinese Aliexpress, I'm not sure about how the geo-politics/-economics of this worked out). The distributer selling it says it is from a company called "Silverock", which does exist, though odd they would make a 1" threadless fork. It looks identical to an EAI godzilla fork, though 1" and lighter, just 617grams uncut. Honestly not that cheap given Chinese distribution, £75 plus £20 shipping. But very high quality. It is hard to find a 1" threadless fork with a long enough steerer, certainly at this weight.
Building up the fixie starts at (8:13).
