最近為了減肥,每天都會喝一杯無糖豆漿,把黃豆蒸熟後分裝冰在冷凍庫,每天拿一份出來兌水打成豆漿連渣渣一起喝,健康滿點,順便多打一杯做成豆漿皂,搭配72%橄欖油的馬賽配方,非常適合乾性膚質沐浴使用。
I've been working hard on losing weight recently. In order to get the good nutrition, I'd drink a cup of non-sugar soymilk everyday. I cooked plenty of soybean and divided into small parts and stored in ice bank. Whenever I want to drink, I just take out one part and blend with water to get the fresh soymilk. This is really convenient!!! I made one more cup of soymilk for soaping. The recipe contains 72% of olive oil, it's very moisture and really suitable for dry skin.
