Looking to clean up your cockpit on the Triumph Tiger 1200 Rally Explorer? In this video, we unbox and install the Evotech Performance Carpuride Handlebar Mount.
While the 2023 Tiger 1200 is a flagship adventure bike, the stock navigation can be a minor annoyance. I’ve been using a Carpuride 5” screen for Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, but my previous RAM mount setup felt clunky and offset. This Evotech mount features a clever Quad Lock interface, providing a sleek, centered, and secure fit that looks factory-made.
What you’ll see in this video:
-Unboxing & Quality Check: A look at the UK-made components from Evotech.
-Shipping Tips: My experience with UK-to-US shipping speeds and costs.
-Step-by-Step Installation: Replacing the RAM mount, securing the bars, and using thread lock for a vibration-proof setup.
-Final Fitment: How the screen aligns with the main TFT display and clears the fuel tank.
If you’re a Tiger owner looking for the perfect GPS or CarPlay mounting solution, this is the upgrade you’ve been waiting for!
Previously I tried mounting the Carpuride screen above the bike's primary screen on the windscreen bar, but it shakes / vibrates too much up there, and it's nicer having the screen closer to your body when you have to touch it for a navigation change.

If you already have a Quadlock mount on your bike for another device and only need the Carpuride plate for your screen, Evotech Performance offers that as a standalone part: https://evotech-performance.com/colle...
