TRIP REPORT | Lufthansa [Economy Class] CRJ-900 | FRA-LIN | LH280

Join me on this Lufthansa flight from Frankfurt to Milan Linate, onboard one of their CRJ-900s in Economy Class.

Overall, the flight was not too bad. First of all, we were somewhat lucky to arrive in Milan as scheduled, considering there was an ATC failure at Frankfurt airport today, leading to a significant number of delays and cancellations. Beyond that, the crew were quite friendly, and flying the CRJ is always a treat, not to mention that we had an excellent view of the engine. Although I don't like Lufthansa's Buy-on-Board concept in Economy Class, I must also say the pretzel was quite tasty and good value for the money. Having said that, Lufthansa have been trialing complimentary drinks on some flights, so will their short-haul Economy Class service finally improve? I guess only time will tell...
