Lara Mauermeier and Daniel Gärtner combine Ballet with Athletic moves Kickboxing techniques and Capoeira. The workout lasts 60 minutes and consists of the following parts.
In the first part they do a short ballet and athletic combo. The second part comes up with an intens full-body HIIT session for endurance, strength and balance. And the final part combines the combos together and finishes with a cardio-strength-drill.
This way we can improve our strength endurance as well as strengthen our deep muscles and thereby improve our posture.
To top it all off, the cardio drills will make us sweat. This full body workout is ideal for home because you don't need any equipment.
In addition, Myself proves that you need absolutely no experience in ballet to do this workout.
