Filmed at London Waterloo station but the process is much the same at any other accessible station.
Be aware you cannot just travel to anywhere as some stations have steps in and out, or a very steep ramp that certain wheelchair users may not manage.
On arriving at your start station either inform the ticket office or the platform staff you require ramp assistance so they can work the ramp for you. They will also contact your destination station to check there will be someone there to get you off the train.
If the station you are starting from has no staff - wait on the correct platform in a position where you will be visible when your train arrives. The onboard conductor should see you and come to assist.
