INTENSE FULL BODY DUMBBELL Workout | Muscle Building

This Intense Full Body Strength Workout with dumbbells includes a mix of upper body and lower body strength exercises. We will have 2 blocks of exercises, each block contains 7 strength at home exercises. We will perform each strength exercise for 40 seconds and we will have 20 seconds rest in between.
In this workout I`m using a 18,5kg and 32kg dumbbell of Living.Fit:

BLOCK 01
1. Dumbbell Pick Up & Press
2. Reverse Lunges To Stiff Leg Deadlift
3. Decline Wide To Narrow Chest Press
4. Dumbbell Front Squat + Curl
5. Dumbbell Pullover + Weighted Crunch
6. Single Arm DeadStop Dumbbell Row (L)
7. Single Arm DeadStop Dumbbell Row (R)
BLOCK 02
1. 4x Dumbbell Bent Over Row + Shrugs
2. Alternating One Arm Full Deadlift
3. Lying Dumbbell Narrow Press + Chest Fly
4. Heavy Dumbbell Goblet Squat
5. Bodyweight Tricep Dips
6. Walking Lunges w. Dumbbell
7. Knee Pull + Hip Lift
