Paramount & SEGA | New Live-Action Film Announcement

Gotta go fast! SEGA and Paramount are excited to announce production on a new film in continuation of our partnership.

This new animated film based on the world of Sonic the Hedgehog is planned to be released on March 19, 2027 in the US and many additional markets globally with select territories releasing throughout the month of April.

The film will be produced by Neal H. Moritz, Founder and CEO of #OriginalFilm, based on the popular video game by #SEGA, directed by Jeff Fowler, and written by Pat Casey, Josh Miller and John Whittington.
