Today we’re at the theatre and turn lighting ideas into reality, creating a show for a local dance academy. Mixing various light sources, from Tungsten (profilers, fresnels, 4ks) to moving lights, HMI lamps, colour mixing spots etc, it’s quite a mess if you try to achieve consistent colours. To ensure we get the correct exposure, I use the Sekonic L-858D-U SPEEDMASTER (Light Meter), and to measure and adjust colours the Sekonic C-800-U SPECTROMASTER (Spectrometer). This is not a review of these units, I might create videos with more details about these in the future. For now - let me just say that I love these products, and use these every day, for all my work.
