Sangre de Cristo Community Care invites you to experience our virtual Reflections Ceremony, a heartfelt tradition created to honor the loved ones who have shaped our lives. Although the event has already taken place, this video offers a meaningful opportunity to pause, reflect, and remember.

During the ceremony, we read the names of those being remembered and celebrate the love, legacy, and impact they’ve left behind. Whether you attended in person or are joining us online, we welcome you into this space of comfort, remembrance, and community.
