This Peugeot 2038 vintage watch is a reproduction of the 1930's Doctor's watch which was primarily madse for the health professionals. I was looking for a great alternative for a square dress watch and found this. Honestly much better than I expected. The case is 24.5 mm wide, with a total length of 44 mm. The lug width is 20 mm, so many watch straps available, and the movement is a "Japanese movement", so maybe Seiko??? If you are interested check it out here... No an affiliate.
