Sen. Chris Van Hollen is on his way to El Salvador to fight for a Maryland man mistakenly deported.
He spoke with 7News this morning at Dulles Airport before boarding his flight. The senator says the U.S. government must act quickly to bring Kilmar Abrego Garcia home.
"I told Mr. Abrego Garcia's family that I would do everything I could to bring him home."
