Panic! at the Disco playing "Northern Downpour" at the Bowery Ballroom in NYC.
Not quite the whole song, I got yelled at for filming.
Myself and nearly everyone around me were sobbing like infants the entire song, it was a pretty emotionally charged 4 minutes. At about 2:27 when he looks over and nods, he was looking at my friend basically to say "I know..."
Brendon also teared up a bit towards the end (of course after I finished filming) and then made a comment along the lines of "Sorry guys, I was crying like a little boy..."
