Classic Hillmans of the 1930s - 1970s | Cars such as the Minx, Imp, Husky, Hunter, Super Minx & more

Hillman cars spotted over the last 15 or so years at classic car shows, museums, and in the undergrowth left to nature make up the majority of this car photos video, 90 photos of classic Hillmans in all. I've also included a handful of "in period" black & white Hillman car photos from the Image Archive hosted on the main Old Classic Car website, to which this channel is affiliated.

The thumbnail image is of a 1960s Hillman Super Minx with a caravan of the 1950s, this period combo was seen at the Weston Park classic car show in the mid-2000s.Hopefully I've included most of the favourites here, most common are the Hillman Minx in its many various forms from the 1930s through to the beginning of the 1960s. Rareties include an early 1960s Minx convertible, two pre-war Foursome DHCs, Super Minx convertibles and estates, the one-year-only c1948 Mk2 Minx (saloon and DHC), Avenger Tigers, and a very stylish pre-war Aero Minx tourer. The wartime pickup (Tilly) is an uncommon sight too, although any Hillman car of the 1930s or 1940s is a scarcely-encountered car now.
