In this chapter the keyword is struggling with my Insta 360 Go2 action camera. I even stopped work on car as I could not record some of the work for future rebuild. So I bought a new newer model Go3 version. That's why LH door and front lights were already gone at some part.
Doors - quite simple to take off. On both side the challenge was lower bolt that was turning around. Doors themselves are fine and reusable. I would say really good condition.
Front bumper - Bolts were rusted, took me a while to get the thing off. One side was damaged and just fell off from welding to the winch plate. Tips of the frame are ok. Winch plate I already booked for another Defender 110 guy who is welding together his own front bumper.
Front grill - easy. Half of the screws were missing. Nether the plastic part or the metal part won't go back on this car.
Bonnet - also a part that was missing from videos. Could have been 2 man job to be honest. My Puma bonnet is not aluminium as is this Td5. Since when there was this change - since Puma?
Side skirt - All bolts were rusted and impossible to reach. So far worst part to remove.
Front fender - For a first timer this was a tackle. Some part was dismantled already before and today I just finished the bulkhead side. Here I need to remind myself to separate all bolts and label them. There were also some wiring done that stopped me to take it off in one piece. Noticed the problem already too late when I had lifted the fender up. Wires did ended up behind front lights, but were not connected to anything.
