Tim Groser was New Zealand's ambassador to the US during the first Trump administration. He says Donald Trump and his attitudes towards free trade have not changed much over the past decade, but that New Zealand isn't directly in his radar.
Groser was Trade Minister during the Key Government, as it was gunning for a trade deal with India. As the Coalition Government tries its luck again, Groser gives his thoughts on the "tricky customer".
