4 AM MORNING ROUTINE OF A FULL TIME WORKING MOM | FALL 2021 | MIRACLE MORNING

Today I'm sharing my 4 AM morning routine as a full time working mom of 2. Life can be very chaotic and stressful, and I found that spending some time by yourself at the beginning of the day is something that helps me feel more in control of the day ahead.

This is why I have been practicing Miracle Morning for the past 3 years now. It helps me be more intentional and feel in charge of my day.

After my miracle morning routine it's time for the morning chores, which means getting the kids ready for school and getting my work day started.
