Gravity yoga is a highly effective targeted mobility/flexibility training. This involves long hold stretches (2-5 minutes). Poses are practiced completely relaxed, passively, so that gravity does most of the work - hence the name. This is a powerful way to lengthen the muscles and fascia.
If you suffer from tight hips that affect your posture, your ability to squat, and your yoga practice, Gravity yoga is a great solution.
