As major hurricane Maria, now a category 5 hurricane with 160mph sustained winds, continues its westward track towards Puerto Rico, residents and tourists of San Juan are enjoying their day-to-day life as if nothing is happening. There are some hurricane preparations being made but for the most part, tourists and residents are hoping the tropical system moves off to the north like Hurricane Irma did.
