That funnel is created by iconic commercials and marketing that sell the product for you because the marketing is so good. That sales process becomes better over time because of marketing and word of mouth from good operations–word of mouth is the biggest endorsement someone can give. Happy customers will renew, and they’ll spread the word!

Keeping customers is as simple as having good delivery of your current product (good customer service and follow-through), and having additional products that are relevant to them.

Currently, social media is the number one way you can market. So get good at making videos, or use someone who makes good videos. Raw, unscripted videos are far more effective than content that is scripted or highly produced. And you can’t beat the value–it’s free to post to YouTube, TikTok, and many others. The algorithms are getting so advanced that they can identify good and relevant content and push it out for you.

In order to stay in the game, remember that the more you give, the more people want to work with you. Display your expertise through your content, and be in-tune with what your audience wants. The best kind of ads are the ones you don’t know are ads. Just make good content and give good advice. Make your marketing so good that your sales take care of themselves.
