Jim will explore the possibility, pros, and cons of AI digital twins as our ultimate human-computer interface for the future.
As the marginal cost of computing goes to zero, there will be an explosion in digital service offerings aimed at helping us transform into better future versions of ourselves: healthier, wealthier, and wiser.
The emerging transdisciplinary field of service science offers a useful lens for exploring these possibilities.
