• Chicken / ചിക്കൻ – 500 g
• Onion / ഉള്ളി – 2 medium
• Green Chilli / പച്ചമുളക് – 4
• Ginger / ഇഞ്ചി – 1 tbsp
• Garlic / വെളുത്തുള്ളി – 1 tbsp
• Curry Leaves / കറിവേപ്പില – few
• Potato / ഉരുളക്കിഴങ്ങ് – 1 medium
• Carrot / കാരറ്റ് – 1 small
• Thin Coconut Milk / രണ്ടാം പാൽ – 1½ cups
• Thick Coconut Milk / ഒന്നാം പാൽ – 1 cup
• Pepper Powder / കുരുമുളകുപൊടി – 1 tsp
• Salt / ഉപ്പ് – as required
• Coconut Oil / വെളിച്ചെണ്ണ – 3 tbsp
• Cinnamon – 1 small piece
• Cardamom – 3
• Cloves – 4
Tempering / താളിക്കാൻ:
• Coconut Oil – 1 tbsp
• Shallots – 4
• Cashews – few
