脚气就是我们医学讲的脚癣，也叫全部真菌病，它就是真菌感染引起的，真菌在自然界中是普遍存在的，是各种各样的，引起我们脚癣也叫脚气的真菌，是皮肤全菌，皮肤全菌感染皮肤以后，它主要是侵犯角质层，然后也可以引起皮肤底下一些炎症，这就是脚气最基本的原因，真菌感染也是皮肤全菌的感染，其实它和灰指甲也就是甲癣，和体癣股癣基本上是同样的真菌，只不过它感染在脚上部位，所以说我们称为脚癣，当然也可以感染手，感染手的话我们称为手癣，如果感染在大腿内侧我们称为股癣，在其他部位我们称为体癣，原因就是皮肤全菌。
