Setting up a Neighborhood for Rotational Play in The Sims 2 | Various Mod Config + Spreadsheet

In preparation for a Let's Play on Opening Valley, I went through my thorough process of setting up this neighbourhood from spreadsheeting, to sims, to configuring various mods, and in this video I show you how. This video should be applicable to any neighbourhood. I hope you pick up some ideas for your rotational gameplay!
