Majestic Princess Ship Tour Review

Don’t take this cruise my worst cruise ever. This ship was extremely under staffed everyone was complaining about that and the food was not that good.
Just a few of the many issues :

: Ran out of plates at buffet Servers were passing out single plates

: Dirty tables they could not keep up cleaning off tables at buffet ... Sometimes we had to sit at a dirty table to get a seat

: We often could not get silverware settings which were supposed to be set up at tables .

: Coffee often run out and sometimes grounds dropped out into your cup .

: Quite often we would ask staff for directions and they didn't know where to tell us ..... My grandson asked " How come noone on this ship knows where to find stuff "

: Pool area often dirty dishes around not picked up .

: The princess App not working to order by the pool or make dinner reservations which were required most of the time to go to dinner . Walk in dinner was limited and often a very long line if you did walk in at least a half hour wait in line .

: No water station at pool so parents had to leave that area to get drinks for children and had to have them get out of pool to go to buffet area to get drinks for children .

: On menu drinks looked so pretty with whipped cream and chocolate on top but if you ordered one there was no whipped cream or chocolate drizzle at the pool area at least when we ordered them .


Very unorganized with getting on there was a three hour wait standing in line not moving outside before being able to board the ship . It left after 6pm it was supposed to leave at around 4 . Due to alll the chaos and delays the ship left late. No water or information was given to the people while waiting in line outside . #cruiseship #jodiscozycottage #vacation #notgood #chaos


The ship itself was very nice but due to the lack of servers and staff I do not recommend you take this cruise.

Dinner reservations were needed and quite often were hard to get and the app didn't work quite often to make reservations.

There was no bar open at pool to get water or drinks for the children in the pool so you had to take children out of the pool to get them drinks at the buffet . A water station at the pool area was needed. They did have water stations when we got off the ship at our stops which was very nice and convenient. Not many servers were around the pool area . Food was available at the pool area which was nice you did need to order and stand in line at the counter for burgers or other things available at the pool .

The entertainment was nice and the rooms were nice. Pool bar was closed most of the time . In order to get beverages we had to go to buffet or the bar upstairs .
