Omii's skills contain a 30NP battery as well as a 20 NP slow charge that will trigger twice in a 3 turn farming run. This effectively makes her a 70 NP charger, similar to oberon. She can enable units that needed to use double oberon to loop prior to her addition. There are definitely more examples but I am a bit tired so here are just a few. This of course also combos very well with the new mystic code with 10 charge and swap.
