„Atenție, se închid ușile!” The classic Astra IVA (Intreprinderea de Vagoane Arad) cars of the Bucharest Metro, in service since opening day, 1979 seen out and about in 2023.
Well graffitied, they still have DC motors and two (or sometimes three) person crews. In Romanian, the married pairs of 2 cars are called „Rama Electrica Metrou” (REM) which are coupled together to form „Tren Electric de Metrou” (TEM), aka a trainset or consist.
The Astra IVA run on the M3 and M4.

If anything, these are the legacy fleet of the Bucharest Area Rapid Transit.
