How to remove the knee lock/knee cradle from hockey goalie pads is one of the most requested tutorials I get, so here you go! While it can be difficult and complicated, the benefit is more efficient rotation into the butterfly. You'll need an X-acto knife and a seam ripper to remove the knee lock, and I also included instructions on how to remove any knee guard connections. Enjoy!
