Mamaw’s Peanut Butter Balls

Y’all, my sweet mamaw made these yummy peanut butter balls when I was a kid and now I’m so proud to make these and carry on her tradition. ❤️ These are super easy to make and so very good. I make these every Christmas and they are always a huge hit. I hope y’all make these and love them as much as I do. 😊❤️🎄

Peanut Butter Balls

1-(13.5 oz) bag of graham cracker crumbs
1-c-powdered sugar
1/2-c- finely chopped peanuts
3/4-c- creamy peanut butter
1-tsp- vanilla extract
2-sticks really soft butter
1-10oz package of chocolate melting wafers

Line a sheet tray with wax paper snd set aside.
Mix all ingredients, except the chocolate, in a large bowl until well combined and creamy. I use gloved hands when it gets too hard to mix with my spoon. Once it’s all combined, I use a small scoop, which is about a teaspoon or so, and form them into balls and place them on your baking sheet. Once they’re all rolled, place them in the fridge for a couple of hours. Once they’re chilled, melt the chocolate wafers according to the package directions. Dip the peanut butter balls, one at a time, into the melted chocolate, tap off the excess and then place them back on the baking sheet. Once they’re all dipped, let the chocolate set and then they’re ready to enjoy. You can also drizzle with some melted chocolate and decorate with chopped peanuts or sprinkles. Hope y’all enjoy!
