Public speaking is a tool.
Not the goal.
Like a drill, it is useful only for what it allows us to build.
In this talk, I reflect on what really drives growth in public speaking, leadership, and storytelling; not techniques, but values in action.
Confidence does not come only from speaking better.
It comes from how we show up for others.
Respect.
Integrity.
Service.
Excellence.
These values shape who we become when we speak, listen, give feedback, and support growth.
Together, they form one simple idea: RISE.
You do not rise by standing above others.
You rise by lifting others.
This is a full 12-minute reflection drawn from my Toastmasters journey and shared here as a showcase of how storytelling and values connect to real-world leadership and communication.
