Loads of National Lottery launch memories flying around today.
Can’t quite believe it was 30 years ago I co-presented that show on the big night and subsequently so many after it.
Thank you Tim Muffett and the BBC Breakfast team for all the reminders, from ‘The Voice of the Balls’ Alan Dedicoat, to our lovely Mystic Meg 🌙 🔮
So many wonderful guests from Patrick Swayze to Cher to the hilarious Dame Edna it was a wild 15 minutes watched by most of the nation clutching their ticket every Saturday night.
It was a total joy to present and not that we knew it, a snapshot in time that could never happen again. 📺
