YUGEN G2 MAX Steering Damper MOD

This Yugen G2 Max came to me fully water damaged…unfortunate the repair cost was not worth for my customer… so he decided to sell it to me for a reasonable price…which I really appreciate it! The frame was in very good condition, so I decided to resuscitate it…but not only this…now it has a 1200W motor that was upgraded with thicker cables and added ferrofluid, it is powered by a 60V 22.4Ah 70A battery built with LG MH1 cells 18650 that was previously fitted on a Dualtron E-Scooter, as usual because you guys know I like kelly controllers, I used this time the 7212S model with field weakening , without Display…made it as simple as possible and within a budget…time is limited so I had to finish this build in only 2 full days (all together was a work of 5 days, 2 hours in a day, 3 hours next day etc)… this evening I had the very first test on it, and it did not disappoint, stay tuned as new video posts will come soon…new parts used to build it are the following:
kelly 7212S controller
ignition key
2 new 10inch tyres
2 new sets of brake pads
throttle
charging port
60V Charger 3A
Steering Damper
All other parts are refurbished or upgraded parts, repaired at high standards, which now are in like new condition!
The controller has a permanent Bluetooth connection that allows me to see technical data and modify the parameter settings for best performance when connected to an Android Phone!
