D&I 1-on-1: Empowering Diversity Through ERGs

D&I 1-on-1 is a biweekly webinar series hosted by Jina Etienne. In this episode, she spoke with Kimberly Stephan Tate (she/her), owner of Tate of Mind Consulting. She was instrumental in weaving ERGs into DEI strategy and building out ERGs for a global technology company. Employee Resource Groups, or ERGs, are volunteer, employee-led groups that work to support DEI efforts within organizations. In this session, we looked at the different benefits of ERGs and dove deeper into the different ways ERGs are good for business.
