If you don’t have a food processor, onion and garlic finely and knead well with the remaining ingredients. It is very important to knead, it should acquire a pasty consistency. Then we form an elongated roll and wrap it in cling film. The meat is first put in the fridge for 5-6 hours (to marinate) and then in the freezer for another 24 hours. Take out the meat the next day and cut into thin strips while frozen. Important! Please separate and fry in portions. It is sufficient if you fry each side for about 25-30 seconds.
