If you have been learning the front lever for a while but are frustrated with your slow progress, then don't worry: it takes a while to unlock the front lever.

The four tips that will help you to reach the front lever sooner are:
1. Make sure your hips don't dip when you transition from one front lever progression to the next (1:07)
2. Practise static and dynamic front lever exercises (2:42)
3. Practise your front lever progressions when you're fresh [at the beginning of your workouts](4:22)
4. Practise the front lever at least 3 times a week (4:49)
