I'm back! :) I know, it's been a minute. A LOT has happened since I last posted... the biggest thing is I had a babyyyy!!! I welcomed my second child- my baby boy- back in June, And honestly, I'm SO obsessed with him!
But can I be real with you for a sec?! During my pregnancy and during this initial postpartum period... I FELL ALLLL THE WAY OFF my holistic lifestyle- ESPECIALLY when it came to my diet . Between the cravings, exhaustion, and new-mom-of-2 life, I started eating anything and everything just to get through the day. But now that my baby boy’s here and I’m finding my rhythm again, I’m ready to reconnect with my body, my energy, and my feminine balance.
For the next 30 days, I’m committing to a personal reset — no meat, no dairy, and intentionally moving my body at least 3 times a week. This isn’t about restriction; it’s about realignment. I want to feel like myself again — clear, light, energized, and in tune with my hormones and my body as a whole.
