Surveillance video helped catch a dognapping suspect, who turned out to be an 11-year-old girl! She's first seen heading down the street by herself. Twenty minutes later, she's walking the other way and this time she's got a dog. The pup in question is Reba, a Vizsla breed valued at $1,500. Her owner, Danielle Kruid, says Reba was in her front yard in Deltona, Florida. Her doorbell camera caught the young girl petting Reba before removing a shock collar and putting her own leash on the dog. #InsideEdition
